Wedding Essential Destination - Boracay

We just arrived from Boracay! Im so excited to share our Wedding Essential Destination shoot at Discovery Shores Boracay. The mondern- zen acrhitectural structure of Discovery Shores inspired me come up with summer zest theme. Using predominantly lemon yellow shades of flowers from tulips, daffodils, dancing lady, carnations, roses, cymbidiums and everlasting. A punch of lime green flowers like carnations, molucella and cymbidiums were too good to be a refreshing lemonade. While the glass rain-dropped shape chandelieres created a cold ice effect.

Marbee the editor in chief picked the boat shape bar area "Sands" of Discovery shores as a facade of our shoot, ofcourse with the real powdered white sands of boracay. Design elements we used are lighted japanese balls that were half submerged in the sands, parasols and modern floral design.

Discovery Shores Boracay Shoot

I am so lucky to be part again of Wedding Essential Destination 2008...Thank you WE!. My destination Discovery Shores Boracay. My brother Roland and I were asked to come up with a wedding setup for Discovery and were ready to leave on Nov29-Dec02, Whoa! vacation during peak months! well its still a working vacation il try to relax in preparation for my Decemeber weddings . Will update you guys about my setup and hope it will turn out the way we envisioned it.

Before you know it its already Christmas! Gemberly and Sherwin got an early Christmas Theme reception last Nov 18.. set the mood for the holiday spirits.. Some pictures were from last year holiday theme.

Jelly Beans for Weddings

Interesting to know that Jelly Beans in multi colored and flavors can be an impressive centerpieces. With collaborations with Wedding Essential Magazine and Candy Corner we came up with these table setup.

Puppy Anyone?

I had a shoot with Metro Weddings and i came up with new ways of suprising your bridesmaids and flowers girls. Just a preview i made this "doggie bag" to be carried by flower girls. Get a copy too it will be released by Jan 2008.

Thank you for making me part again of the Dream Theme of Wedding Essential Magazine for Jan-Jun 2008. To the Editor Marbee Go, and to the energetic wedding essetials team Ria, Sarah and Ryan my warmest gratitude.

We all had fun with the shoot, Keith amazingly captured in his lense the detailed of the setup, Nokie of Prinsonalities for the well conceptualized menu, invites and place cards, Eunice for the very detailed cake, Juancho of Sensitivity for the dramatic lighting effects and Hans Ong of Dragon Fireworks for the confetti thypoon twas a blast!
